Hours of Operation
Regular hours of operation for the district court in Weber County are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Court proceedings including trials and evidentiary hearings may extend beyond the regular closing time. Bailiffs typically will lock all doors to the building at 5:00. If you anticipate being involved in a late-running hearing, prior arrangements should be made for re-entry to the building.
Keep in mind also that some criminal case hearings may be held online via remote video conferencing. Instructions on logging in can be requested directly from the court. Individual judges may implement different policy guidelines for appearing or participating in remote hearings.
